Newborn Session Info

The newborn stage is one that goes by so quickly, and is also one that you want to remember and cherish. There are so many little details that are so precious. Choosing a newborn photographer that can capture these details and memories for you is a special and unique experience.

I have been trained by some of the top photographers in the nation on both posing, props, and safety. Newborn sessions take place in my darling studio in south Meridian, Idaho. Please book your session before your baby is born. This ensures I have a spot for you on my calendar, and gives us plenty of time to style a session that is unique to you and your family. If you haven’t booked ahead of time you can reach out! I occasionally have last minute openings.

Full Newborn investment $700

Full newborn session are sessions that include wrapped up, props, and posed images for you to choose from.
Full Newborn Sessions include:
-2-3 hours of session time
-Parent/Siblings included if desired
-20 edited images in both color and black and white
-Print Release

Mini NEWBORN INVESTMENT $450

Mini newborn session are sessions that include wrapped up, props, and posed images for you to choose from.
Mini Newborn Sessions include:
-90 minutes of session time
-Parent/Siblings included if desired
-12 edited images in both color and black and white
-Print Release

SWADDLED NEWBORN INVESTMENT $300

Swaddled newborn session are sessions that include wrapped up in props and on a backdrop. Baby stayed swaddled the whole session and isn’t posed naked or in outfits.
Wrapped Newborn Sessions include:
-60 minutess of session time
-8 edited images in both color and black and white
-Print Release

Micro Mini NEWBORN INVESTMENT $150

Micro Mini newborn session are sessions that include wrapped up in props and on a backdrop. Baby stayed swaddled the whole session and isn’t posed naked or in outfits.
Wrapped Newborn Sessions include:
-30 minutess of session time
-5 edited images in both color and black and white
-Print Release

Prior to your session, I will send out a questionaire that will help me style your session. We will chat about colors, poses, props, and much more!

Sessions take place in my studio in Meridian, Idaho . Newborn sessions can take up to 3 hours.

Gallery Delivery

1 week after your session date, You will get an email with a link to your images. You will choose the images to be edited. Additional images can be purchased at this time. 1 week after you selections are made you will receive a new link wit your edited images. From here you can download, print, and share your images.

Follow up

After your gallery is delievered you will get a follow up email. We like to check in and answer any questions that may have come up.

Here are the questions I get the most! Hopefully this helps and if you have any others please contact me.

When should I book my newborn session?
The sooner the better! I take a limited number of sessions every month to ensure I can provide the best costumer service and be a great mom to my four kids. The latest I would contact me would be in your third trimester.

What should I bring to our session? Do you provide props, outfits, and accessories?
All you need is your sweet baby and food for them and you. Thats it! I have so many fun outfits, props, and accessories that are specially made to fit newborns perfectly.

Are sibling and parents pictures included in the session and what would we wear?
Sibling and parent pictures are included in mini and full newborn sessions. If you choose a full or mini session, I will help you with clothing options and color palettes if you would like. In general neutral and simple is best! It stands the test of time and will go with any decor if you choose to print wall art to hang in your home.

How long will my session last?
Times are included on all session options. I make sure there is lots of time for feeding and cuddling if baby needs it. If you are doing sibling pictures it’s a great idea to have dad or grandparents take them to a park or out to lunch after their portion of the session is over. It’s a great incentive! My studio gets very warm for baby’s comfort. I would recommend dressing in layers if you tend to get warm.

When will my session take place?
I like to do your session before your baby is two weeks old. During this time the tend to sleep the best, are happy to be curled up in poses that remind them of being in the womb, and baby acne is less common in the first two weeks. Sometimes other arrangement can be made, but this is my preferred timeline.
