Neutral newborn photos are my favorite pictures to create. If I could do an entire newborn session in all whites and creams that would be amazing. There are so many benefits to adding neutral colors to your sessions.

I wanted to talk about the different ways that you can use a neutral color palette and what the benefits are. Neutral sessions are timeless. There are colors or color combinations that can be trendy. I love being able to add them in to your session along with neutral colors. Neutral colors such as white, cream, tan, brown, and even grey will always be in style.

Another thing to consider, is that adding neutral set ups to your newborn sessions helps with displaying your images. It makes it so much easier to display your neutral images in any room when it isn’t competing with the decor of the room you are putting it in. You won’t have to move the beautiful piece of art from room to room every time you redecorate.

Lastly, having neutral colors in your newborn photos helps to keep the focus on your baby. Sometimes I feel that newborn sessions can get a little distracting. I love the simplicity of neutral images and how they can allow you to focus on their sweet features. Noses, eye lashes, a darling button nose, all seem easier to see when not competing.
