Meridian Id Custom Newborn Session
Hello amazing friends! I hope you are already off to an incredible new year. I am so happy that my kids have been healthy so far. The end of 2019 we faced a lot of illness and I thought I was going to go insane. Evee started preschool this year. I knew she would get sick, but I had zero idea that she would be sick literally every other week. We are working on having a strong immunity support plan in place. We are crossing. our fingers that it works! Now onto our Meridian Id custom newborn session!
Although this is not the first newborn I have created a custom newborn session for in 2020, I wanted to share her with you. I am desperately behind in all of my blogging, but I have made a goal to get caught up. I have been so luck to be able to create custom newborn images for so many newborns. They need to be shared and documented.
First up is darling Aurora! Her parents were gifted a gift certificate for a newborn session from Aurora’s grandma. Aurora is the first grand baby for both mom and dad’s side of the family! What an incredible experience for everyone! You can tell she is well loved by everyone. Aurora was named after the Disney princess. Her parents love Disney and I feel like the name suited her perfectly.
Before every newborn session I like to either have a phone consult or a consult over email. Clients send me at least 5 images of mine or others that stye have seen that inspire them. This makes it so that I am able to see what they are wanting to accomplish in their newborn session. It is so important to me that we are able to connect on the vision that my clients have for their session. I want to spend our session time creating something that they will love.
During the consult for sweet Aurora, her parents expressed they wanted pinks, cream, and a few touches of black for an accent color. Her parents then asked me if there was anyway we could do an In-n-out burger set up. Her dad is the manager for the In-n-out restaurant in Carson City, Nevada. It is a tradition for parents of the employees to take pictures of their toddlers in an in-n-out set up but they wanted to do a newborn set up. In-n-out publishes a magazine with submitted photos. Aurora’s parents told me they wanted to have the best picture in the magazine. Challenge accepted!
Custom set ups like the In-n-out Burger, is what I live for! It brings me so much joy to bring these custom newborn images to life. It makes me even more happy to surpass the expectations parents have. We did just that with Aurora’s set up. Heres a peek into Aurora’s newborn session gallery. She was absolutely perfect.
